• Talent search, screening, and introduction.
• Managed staffing and ongoing team support.
• Access to pricing, role descriptions, and hiring tools via our website.

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements on behalf of yourself or your organisation to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

When you submit information through any of our forms (contact, pricing, newsletter, etc.), you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for any activity that occurs as a result of your submission, and you agree not to use the Services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.

All content on the KDCI.ai website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of KDCI.ai or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Pricing for our staffing and managed services is provided on a case-by-case basis and communicated through personalised pricing links. All fees are subject to a separate service agreement signed between KDCI.ai and the client. KDCI.ai reserves the right to change its pricing at any time.

Pricing links generated through our website are unique, time-limited, and intended solely for the recipient. Sharing or redistributing a pricing link is prohibited.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

KDCI.ai does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KDCI.ai and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, even if KDCI.ai has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. KDCI.ai is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites. Accessing them is at your own risk.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with proceedings held in English.
